As I sit here mid May with grey skies mid day and rain paltering down outside, the one thing that’s keeping me going is knowing Summer, sunshine and beach vacation is just around the corner.

The perfect time to start planning your goto summer 2023 beach outfit. Whilst vintage might be a big thing for most occasions it doesn’t hit the mark when it comes to swimwear. Finding a luxurious sustainable brand does however. Invest now so that you are dressed right for a few summers to come instead of having to purchase a new bikini each year. We all know how painful that can be – especially trying them on in changing rooms whilst we’re still pasty white. It tends to get difficult to imagine a bikini or shorts for that matte could ever look good – haha.

5. The straw hat

Summer beach vacation has straw hat written all over it for me – protecting hair, face and eyes.

Unfortunately I generally don’t take one with me so it is the first thing I buy whilst away – this hat is no exception. A true souvenir from Capri – where all the pictures for this article were taken.
