You don’t believe me? Well you should because the ruling is that a Milan woman will always treasure her mini skirt. Visit Milan once in your life and you will know I am right. Just like the English girl will always love the safe haven of her maxi dress, the French woman will be sophisticated with a skirt above the knee and tailored blazer. Of course there are always exceptions but these are the general rules which remain throughout the story of time.
