Hi Everyone,
It was during Milan and Paris Fashion weeks that it finally dawned on me…
It was time to update my everyday jewelry look. We have moved on from wearing one expensive necklace alone each day. 2019 is about having fun with your jewellery. Knowing when more really is more. However also knowing how to play with statement pieces.
This sent me out on a hunt for some cute new pieces to play with. My criteria was they had to be real gold and silver and use real stones. In addition of course reasonably priced. This is when I discovered the lovely jewellery designer Olga Ribler…
Keep reading to find out more about my favourite Spring 2019 jewellery trends and why I have become such a fan of By Olga Ribler jewellery.
My Favourite Spring 2019 Jewellery Trends
Favourite Every Day Trend
Now is the time to play with more fine pieces. Pretty fine necklaces of different lengths that tell a fun story when worn together.
When it comes to wearing fine jewellery the rule really is “more is more”… wear at least three at a time to get a real statement going.
The picture above are me current three favourites. Made out of rose gold plated silver. I’ve always been a fan of rose gold but even more so since my hubby gave me a fab rose gold ring for our 20th wedding anniversary last year.

Favourite Evening Jewellery Trend
Whilst wearing fine pieces layered together is fun for daytime, when it comes to the evening I like to wear statement pieces. It’s so much fun to look out for that special statement piece that will draw attention no matter what else you are wearing.
Important to note when wearing statement pieces “less is more”. Quite the opposite to fine jewellery. Whenever I wear this earring and ring set I purposefully don’t wear a necklace in addition. Keeping lines cleaner and making sure focus is kept where I want it.
This earring and matching ring set is my current favourite… available online here:

These long earrings are calling my name. They are stunning. Perfect for going out and date night. I think jewelry has to be updated regularly for trends and for changes in personal style. The gemstone pendant necklace is my fav of the three beautiful necklaces.
Thanks dear Nicole, I totally agree with you!

I really do agree that layering is a fun way to make a statement . This is a nice collection I like it plus I am not a fan of silver but that ring is gorgeous! X
Thanks my dear – I love to finally have matching ring and earrings, such a novelty for me 😉
