After reading this post you might all want to apply to become my daughter – haha!
In honour of Mothers Day Fashion Fish, an outlet store just half an hours drive away from Zurich, invited 4 Daughters to visit along with their Mothers. Each Mother was given CHF 500 to spend. As my Mum lives in NZ my daughter Cassia, got to take her place. Hence Mothers Day back to front.
Knowing our dear friend and great stylist Clifford Lilley would be there added to the fun and anticipation of the day.
Mothers Day Back to Front
Confession – I was secretly ever so happy Cassia had to come shopping for new clothes. Being a total bookworm means shopping is reserved for spending hours on end inside bookshops. Leaving no time for clothing. A Fashion blogger Mothers nightmare. OK, there are worse things and in all honesty, I am totally proud of her. But still happy she had to come and buy new clothes.

This cute little jumpsuit from Diesel was the first item to go into the shopping cart.
Then came a moment of revelation when suddenly…
Yes, 3 of us trying on the same dress at once without realising!
After some encouragement from Clifford we all bought the same dress – Hallhuber. I promise I had Cassia’s permission first.
Next find was a super cute maxi floral dress – Hallhuber
As seen here with lovely Sara from Sara is in love with (a blog that’s ever so perfectly pink – a must read). The dresses are obviously cute enough to sweep you off your feet!
Happy to realise I’m not the only one who opens their mouth when being photographed!
A Sweatshirt and skirt from SuperDry also made their way into Cassia’s shopping basket – unfortunately no photograph. The heels too came from Guess.
As for me…
I had CHF 150 and managed to get the white dress above, then a great bohemian style jacket and the straw hat – all Hallhuber.
Oh and the white T-Shirt from Guess.
All in all the day really was a fabulous Mothers day present as far as I was concerned. So much fun spending the day shopping at Fashion Fish with my daughter. What else could one wish for!
