Milan Fashion Week FW 2024 – Street Style Highlights Day 1

Hi Everyone,

Woop woop, Milan Fashion Week FW 2024 – Day 1 in full swing today!

Baseball caps were a fabulous hit today. I will add though that they tend to be worn in combination with jeans. Unlike last season, today we did see quite some jeans outfits out on the streets. Emphasis being on the baggy jeans. Any jean with a bit of a pocket or wide leg feature will do. Certainly no skinny jeans spotted – have they once and for all left the fashion scene? Note the trick is to team jeans with shirts and blazers.

Milan Fashion Week Street Style is telling us that the pale blue trench coat is this seasons absolute must have! Plus I see red almost everywhere I look. Unlike this time last year, this season we see that bold bright red making a real comeback. Brown is the new black for this coming Spring 2024.

Plenty of fitted stretch outfits on the streets. Check out the “new” tank top, definitely to be worn without a bra! The white shirt was everywhere. Can’t believe I left mine all at home, they are definitely coming to Paris with me next week.

Faux fur coats, leather coats and leather are also dominating the hot list of this seasons street style.
