Hi Everyone,
There is something about the colour red. A pair of red pants should really be found in every wardrobe. They are the one piece that will always make an impact. Be brave, wear your red pants and feel great!
Being such a fabulously bold colour does however mean that they are not the best for a job interview or an important meeting. The colour red can polarise in these situations.
When it comes to styling red pants there are 3 simple tips that will make sure you get it right every time!
The pants and both tops I’m wearing in today’s post are from Vestiaire Personnel. An online made to order shop with an unparalleled collection of pants and fabrics to customise.

Team with pink
Pink and red would have to be one of my most favourite colour combinations. So I guess it goes without saying that teaming your read pants with pink is a great idea.
2. Match the same shade of red with your accessories
There are so many different shades of red. Take care when matching your red accessories to your red pants. Stick to the same red tone. This will always give a more polished look to your outfit.
Notice how my red shoes also act as a bit of a leg extender. Had I worn pink shoes or another colour the whole leg extension theme would no longer be there.
The same red can also be found in my Caroline Dechamby bag. Initially I wanted to team the pants up with a darker red bag but the outfits really looked wrong. It is these little nuances that help make the outfit look truly complete.
3. Colour block bold
Teaming red with neutrals is the easiest thing out. However red really looks fabulous when colour blocked with almost any other colour imaginable.
With the outfit I am wearing yellow could have worked just as well, or even the same shade of blue that can be found on the bag. The important thing here is that the top is one solid colour and not a pattern.
