Right in the thick of Summer Sale mode here in Europe so I can’t help but once again share some of my latest sale tips with you. First and foremost please, please, please don’t go on a spending frenzy buying everything cheap in sight.
Three key things to remember when sale shopping:
- Go for expensive pieces that you love. Pieces that would normally be over your budget but are now affordable.
- Only buy what you do NOT already own!
- Go for trends that are most likely to stay for the same season the following year.
Point 3 brings me to the whole purpose of this post – to share with you 4 top Summer trends to grab on sale now. These are trends which will certainly be on the hot list for Summer 2021 too!
4 Top Summer Trends to Grab on Sale Now!
1. Stripes
Stripes are going to be an item this coming Fall – in fact Elisabetta Franchi has a colour scheme exactly the same as this skirt going for her Fall 2021 collection.
If you find something striped which you like on sale now is the time to get it!

2. The Yvonne S Bohemian Dress
Before creating her own label in 2009, Yvonne S was a fashion consultant for various prestigious labels including Balenciaga, Missoni and Loewe.
Yvonne S has become a staple name when it comes to Bohemian styling. So much so that almost every wardrobe should have at least one of these dresses. They come in a variety of lengths from mini to very long. Each year new colours come out but the basic cut remains the same so you can be sure whatever Yvonne S dress you buy this year will still be a hit next Summer too.

There’s something about Khaki, just like animal print the trend is certainly not intending on going away some time soon. To emphasise things even more green is one of those colours which fashionistas everywhere are certainly favouring along with bright yellow and baby blue.

4. A dress by Nina Leuca
Nina Leuca is a sustainable luxury brand originating in Apulia. Founded in 2016 this is label is simply going from strength to strength. Possibly because these pretty linen pieces come in various lengths, some with and others without a belt.
There is something quite special about the linen too – not your typical flimsy linen, these pieces have a lovely solid yet cool feel to them.
Not on sale some models are quite pricey so if you do find one on sale that you love now is the time to grab it – I promise you’ll be wearing this timeless piece for years!
