Hi Everyone,
As many of us already start our Festive season entertaining at the beginning of December, I thought now was the perfect time to tell you about some easy entertaining hacks.
I love cooking and entertaining. However as much as I love it, I’m always looking for ways to make it as stress free as possible. Of course without having to lower quality of food or decoration. The 4 hacks I’m going to tell you about today are super easy. Anyone can do them and they won’t cost the earth either – smile.

4 Fabulously Easy Entertaining Hacks for the Festive Season
1. Keep your food warm and serving stress-free
This chafing dish has saved me many times. So good to know I can leave food out on the table for guests to help themselves without having to worry about it getting cold.
Also such a relief at times when you don’t have to serve food on plates – especially for guests with different appetites.
Having two dishes is fabulously useful when you have vegetarian and non vegetarian guests at the same table.
It’s also the perfect serving dish for an apero riche if you wish to serve warm snacks.
Stylish and practical in one.

2. Serve an impressive cheese apero guests will remember
My favourite impressive cheesy apero is so easy you won’t believe it. I use Epoisses as my preferred cheese but you could also use Brie instead if you wish.
Simply place the cheese in the white dish and then microwave for one minute. The cheese will melt and already bubble a little.
Place on the Rechaud and place in the middle of the table for your guests to have a fabulously cheesy pre dinner snack.
It doesn’t get much simpler than that.

3. Have a sweet centre piece to woo guests
During the festive months I always have beautifully wrapped sweets in bowls around the kitchen/living room area.
The pretty crystal bowl above is perfect as you can fill it with chocolates and place it in the middle of your table or use as a vase as another impressive centre piece.
Just one simple step to making your home more cosy and guests feel welcome.

4. Always have a set of extra pretty glasses available
Having extra decorative glasses for the festive season can be so much more handy than you think.
I like to use the set above for pretty cocktails in the evening or for serving fresh orange juice for brunch. So much nicer than always sticking to plain glasses.
