Top Fashion Trends from Genny Spring Summer 2026: A Complete Style Breakdown

There’s definitely something soul warming about looking forward to the wonderful new Spring trends about to emerge. Especially the Spring trends for 2026 which are anything but boring!

The Genny Spring Summer show was one of my favourites last season. For a start Genny still has the same creative director since 2013. What I love about Sara Cavazza Facchini’s long tenure is that you can actually feel the continuity.

This season there were nearly 15 newly appointed creative directors across the other major fashion houses, debuting their visions and setting the tone for the spring/summer 2026 trends. Much of Fashion Week seemed a little like a creative-director carousel.

It made Genny’s steadiness feel almost luxurious, a brand that isn’t scrambling to redefine itself every few years.

Now for the style breakdown. For a start femininity certainly rules the game for 2026. Plenty of shear flowing fabrics continued to rule the runways. The colour palette this year is so colourful that it beats many previous years. 2026 is also showing women how to truly look professional and remain feminine at the same time – I personally love this feature!

This year is also all about you being you. There are no strict long/short length or skinny/wide leg rules. Everything goes as long as you put it together with an attention to detail. Remembering little things like good accessories matter!
