Hi Everyone,
One thing for certain, Spring 2023 looks to be super interesting on the fashion front. This season sees a real revolution with people crawling out of their cosy leisure/home-wear. Spring 2023 is the season to dress up and dress to be seen.
Dressing up is certainly what the designers have in store for us according to the Milan and Paris Fashion shows in September. Not mentioned as one of the 6 trends is the presence of lace and sheer fabrics, however these are nuances you’ll notice throughout the trends mentioned. One could say in many ways there is a real revival of the late ’80s, early ’90s. Plenty of tulle, feathers and sheer fabrics used to vamp up outfits.

Detailed denim
Denim is reaching a new level this Spring. It’s out with the boring and in with the new, interesting designs. Denim tops are almost becoming a wardrobe staple. Love the fun ruffle belt placed on the oversized denim jacket/dress above.
2. The mini skirt
Whilst there’s plenty of maxi skirts remaining, it would seem that this Spring, if you have the legs wearing a mini is almost imperative. Team your mini with knee high socks, over the knee socks or a knee high pair of cowboy boots.
I’ve got my eyes on this one.
3. The slip dress
On the left we have Ermanno Scervino, middle Gauchere. I did promise sheer fabrics and lace would be seen throughout this top 6 trend collection and here you have them…
A little black one to shop now here.
4. Cargo pants
On the left and right Act N°1, and in the middle Genny.
Clearly cargo pants don’t need to be khaki or beige this Spring.
I’ve got my eyes on this pair from the Frankie Shop.
5. Ruffles
Left, Ermanno Scervino, right Act N°1
It would seem that no matter what you can’t have enough ruffle detail on your outfit this coming Spring. Absolutely perfect for those of us with a real feminine passion.
Somewhat toned down but still with a touch of ruffle – I have my eye on this Zimmermann dress.
6. Colour pops
From bright pink to Kiwi green, you name it the colour choice is yours. This is literally going to be a dream Spring for anyone who likes to dress colourfully. There’s going to be so much to choose from out on the high street.
