We’ve all heard it before – a little black dress belongs in every wardrobe. However, how many of us simply think of that dress as being dressed up with heels and worn to out at night… One thing is certain, those days are over…
There is a wonderful black Alberta Tanzini Couture dress in Paparazzi & BLA BLA which I have had my eyes on for ages. Last weekend I finally got to have some fun with it – thanks to Michal who wasn’t going to let me style it in a regular boring way.
As you scroll down further you will see what I mean with the different ways of styling. First though let me tell you a little about Michal. She really has crazy fashion running through her veins. Her store Paparazzi & BLA BLA has beautiful carefully selected items each season which Michal purposefully combines and showcases in a crazy out of the box way. She says herself mostly customers will buy a piece of what she is showing and not go the whole crazy way but she always manages to get her clients to think a little further out of the box and try something new.

Dressing for fun with sweater
This outfit has my name all over it. Firstly the yellow sweater – we all know my love of yellow… the boots and the feeling of being able to wear this particularly special dress every day of the week.
Love the quote “shopping solves everything” too. Of course it is not 100% true but have you ever considered how much joy you get from physically going into shops, meeting shopkeepers and making new friends! Certainly not to be underestimated!
Letting Michal have her way
So I am being taken outside of my box here. I can think of a zillion things in my wardrobe which I would wear this blazer with. The leopard booties are actually a fun addition – time to take the boredom out of Winter dressing!

Have absolutely fallen in love with this faux fur coat – it is simply the best!!! Two elegant pieces teamed with biker boots to form the perfect Winter 2020 look!
