Remember when the sweatshirt first arrived. We were all so happy to substitute woollen pullover for sweatshirts. They even had the added advantage of being a little more of a wind breaker. Then over the years the sweatshirt lost importance. Reaching the status of “slob attire”. Only to jump back into hot fashion status with vengeance.

Top tip for styling your sweatshirt today is to combine it with a sleeveless shirt. Nothing like a white collar to smarten up an otherwise sloppy casual look.
To ensure the casual and fun look remains you can always choose to leave the back of the shirt untucked.
Team your sweatshirt with pants that have a stripe down the side. An essential item in every wardrobe for pre Fall 2017. If you don’t give in to the look this year I promise you will next year so you may as well embrace it now.
As the sweatshirt is bright green and trousers black the outfit has been tied together with a little cross over black bag. The perfect size for shopping essentials (wallet, glasses, phone, etc), yet not too big. Keeping things light.
Sweatshirt, pants and bag all ordered online from my favourite online store BestSecret. It actually is known for being Europes most exclusive online shopping club. I love it because the whole year round you will find top designer labels selling at a discount. My daughter was sold on BestSecret as she saw me order items on Monday afternoon which arrived at home already 2 days later on Wednesday.

I love your sweatshirt! I have a couple but I avoided them for so long because of the 80s connotations and now they’ve come full circle…doesn’t everything eventually? We’ll be wearing rara skirts next 😉
