This year more than ever there is one trend that I see walking down the streets as soon as the sun is out…
It’s the white Summer dress. White is popular each Summer but for 2020 it really seems to be a top of the chart colour. Teamed up with a little pastel pink nuance makes any white dress look pretty and feminine.
The dress in this post is one of my absolute favourites – it has a thin jersey lining and is totally lace on the outside. Absolutely no ironing involved, easy to wash and also easy to pack for Summer vacation.
You know you’re look is good when even the Italians come up to you commenting on how beautiful your dress is!
All pictures were taken at the Hotel Villa Flori, a lovely hotel situated right on the lake just before you enter Como town. I love the fact that there is a boat pier 5 minutes walk down the road. Catch a local boat from there and reach the shopping centre within 8 minutes for EUR 1.50.

The Most Popular summer 2020 Trend – The White Dress
I found this dress in a presto fashion, a lovely store in the Witikon centre in Zurich.
Approximately a 5 minute drive out of the centre of Zurich itself. I love going there to shop because of the plentiful free parking. A presto fashion is owned by Gisela an ex ballet dancer and model with amazing taste. Her Mum used to own a boutique too so it’s in her blood to know the right things to buy for her clientele. She really has something for each taste, size and budget. The Summer collection is so vast and pretty, I could spend all day in the store creating new outfits.
Visiting the store yesterday I noticed a similar dress currently in stock….
