Hi Everyone,
Street style outside the Chanel show at Paris Fashion Week this season appeared to be a little less structured than usual. Perhaps a few less Chanel muses or was it that they were given more freedom in what they wore.
In any case it’s worth noting what may seem like classic Chanel styling tends to have deeper meaning and sets the trends for seasons to come. For example remember last season we saw lots of pastel outside Channel. Then this season we have had lots of pastels walking down the runways. Coincidence or more?
Trending on Tuesday was the presence of gold. Am certain this trend has only just begun it’s substantial uprise. Time to get a piece of gold in your wardrobe now! Who needs more if you have a long double breasted jacket – outfit done! Wear what you like – as long as you team it with a Chanel bag you will be dressed to perfection. Plenty of fringe details to be seen too.
DID YOU HEAR THE SCANDAL?
Did you hear the scandal at the show? Marie Benoliel, a 28-year-old professional comedian clambered onto the catwalk at the Chanel show in Paris on Monday. Wearing a Chanel tweed suit from her Grandmother meant it was difficult for security to identify her as an imposter. It took only model Gigi Hadid herself to escort her off stage.
