The fab thing about Zurich is how fast one can escape from it and feel like you’re in a totally different world. One of my family’s favourite escapes is Stuttgart – 2.5 hours drive (OK don’t calculate average speed here – smile), and we are already in our new world – Stuttgart.

Why do we like Stuttgart so much? We love the fact that there seems to be something crazy happening each time we go there – this weekend the girls were out there doing Kondi training – so fun to watch, made me want to join!

We once went there over Easter and had the most amazing brunch – highly recommendable!
An absolute must for anyone with the slightest interest in Architecture, particularly Le Corbusier.

3)ย Porsche Museum
Once again you don’t have to be a car fan to go here – the architecture alone is awesome – try the Christophorusย Restaurant!

1) Steigenberger – because it is so close and central, lovely rooms and awesome staff!

2) Le Meridien – you have to walk through the Schloss park to get into town but I am a total fan of the wellness area and it hasย lovely restaurants.
