Quickest, Yummiest Chocolate Brownie Recipe Ever!
You don’t need any chocolate to make this recipe and it is wiped up in a minute plus baking time! I must confess that this one is based off one of my favourite cooks Donna Hay with slight FunkyForty tweaking – smile.
Ingredients:
- 250g butter (melted)
- 1 + 1/3 cups plain flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 2 + 1/4 cups brown fine sugar
- 3/4 cups sifted cocoa powder
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup cranberries
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Recipe:
Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth paste, then place in a lined 20cm square tin and bake at 170°C for 50 minutes.
Let the brownies cool right down before cutting into equal square portions.
Optional – sprinkle icing sugar on top for the final finishing touch! If you want to be truly decadent you might even try a layer of melted white chocolate on top – serve whilst the white chocolate layer is still warm (getting hungry as I write)…Enjoy!
