Paris Fashion Week Street Style SS 2025 – Dior Moments

Hi Everyone,

… and just like that Paris Fashion Week begins! Many of us have come from the hot summer vibe in Milan straight to a somewhat chillier and grey Paris. However that’s not going to dampen the mood. Paris is Paris and that wonderful fashion vibe is out there in full swing.

Dior, (my first show in Paris), changed show location this season. Didn’t take long though to figure out the best spot for taking street style photos. Not sure the police were necessarily of the same opinion but in the end we all found a way to co-operate together – smile!

I feel it in my bones that Dior is going to have an exceptional season this Fall (I say Fall because during the SS Fashion Weeks, the street style is for the Fall season that’s about to begin). Many of the Dior street style trends totally reflect the overall trends of the season.

Trends spotted:

Bow jackets for one are a super hot item this season and who makes them best? We all know it is Dior!

The cape is back – did you see the one I had on in Milan? My favourite new piece for this coming Fall! A cute trend is the shorter sleeves for coats and jackets. This makes it easy to wear them with brightly coloured leather gloves.

Skirt suits rule this season – check out a few beautiful ones further down. Dior is all about having “DIOR” painted boldly on skirts and jackets this season. Patent gladiator boots are a footwear highlight. To top it all off a new colour has been introduced this season. Dior is normally limited to black, grey, white and camel when it comes to ready to wear. This season we see blue also featuring large in the collection. A colour that’s usually designated for accessories only.
