Still in awe that I actually made it to New York Fashion Week for the first time. Such an amazing place to be. The one thing that strikes absolutely most is diversity. This has to be the one city that really managed to be successfully inclusive when it comes to fashion. Love the fact that there was a beautiful older model to be seen on the runway (see further down the post). Plus sized featured somewhat in street style – all looking fabulous.
On the fashion front don’t forget to buy a padded headband if you haven’t already – these are the number one hot item. Chiffon fabrics coming up large, along with monochrome from head to toe and of course animal print is here to stay.
Shoes – well the New Yorkers are wearing high skinny heels or bulky sneakers – choose your style. Kitten heels would have been my tip but I bet we see more of those in Europe this season! Boots of course are always a good option – cowboy boots, heeled knee high or sexy tight over the knee.

A Korean label that has been around since 1986… loved the Summer 2020 collection!
Originally no invitation to this but I was recognised from my work in Paris and ushered in – I can not tell you how much this made my day!!! From Paris to New York with love 😉
Chiara Boni is the first Italian women’s wear company to obtain the PEF “Product Environmental Footprint” European certificate. In addition to the awesome collection I also love the fact that not all models are 16!
