Hi Everyone,
Is it just me or does this scenario sound familiar to you? Each year as the temperatures drop I look at my voluptuous pile of scarves and vow never to buy another as long as I may live. Then as Autumn/Winter role into full swing I simply don’t have the right scarf to properly match any outfit. If the colour is right, the texture isn’t and vice versa. What was once a favourite scarf is suddenly limp and lifeless, despite attempted revival with washing and ironing. The odd scarf even ends up as Bear accessory instead – it does pay to read washing instructions!
However then, once I’m fed up enough I relent… go out there and invest in a new scarf. Woop, woop the uplifting feeling of wearing it never ceases to amaze me.
