Missoni Home – How my life-long love for Missoni Began

My love of Missoni Home furnishings started in my 20’s when I left home for the first time. Moving into my own, terrace home. My budget for furniture was next to nothing. A lot of creativity was needed to make sure my home would look anywhere near as stylish as I wanted.

Starting off with old furniture from my parents place. I made my dear Dad paint everything white for me. He never understood why but still lovingly complied to my wishes.

I was working for a textile and clothing manufacturing company at the time. My boss invited me to go shopping in a designer furniture warehouse. It was there I first came across Missoni Home bed linen. Instantly falling in love with the beautiful zigzag pattern. I was able to buy at cost so decided this was one investment that had to be made.

Many many years later this very bed linen is still at my Mums place. Still in perfect condition and still the linen she puts on our bed each time we visit.
