Let’s admit it jeans and a white top is almost a uniform in everyone’s wardrobe. At some point when we really don’t know what to wear or don’t want to think about what to wear we all (at least many of us) reach out and grab the nearest pair of jeans and white top.

How to Dress Up a White Top and Jeans
One of the most basic tricks ever is to add some sort of statement belt to your jeans.
Many people wear Gucci belts, recently I was in the store with a friend of mine and she tried on a super wide Gucci belt – it looked awesome on her! I then tried the same and was nearly drowned by the belt. So when choosing the right belt for you take your overall shape and size into account!
This one is a very old one of mine from John Richmond – I fell in love with the unique buckle at the time and still like it.
As jeans and white top are so easy, focus on your footwear to make a bit of a statement.
Heels are always fun to wear with jeans especially as they have the added effect of making your legs look longer and slimmer.

Choose a pair of jeans with some sort of special detail to them. You might choose frayed jeans or ones with patches. My current favourites are these because of the little purple cuff at the bottom. Giving that something special to the overall look.

As a finishing touch add some sort of statement jewellery to your overall look. For this casual look I went for a touch of blue… a whole set of matching necklace, ring and earrings…
