Wow, what a revelation. This is what I learnt during my visit to the Livingdreams garden showroom in Meilen, Zurich this week…

Despite thinking it’s only us, believe me almost everyone has challenges when it comes to designing their perfect outdoor space. There always seems to be some issue, be it space, uneven ground or obstacles which always deter us from having the perfect outdoor space we desire. In reality though when it comes to outdoor living, imagination is the only limit.

The answer to creating your perfect outdoor space can be broken down into a simple two step process:

Step one: picture a space where every detail reflects your vision. Eliminate all the “this is not possible” thoughts and concentrate solely on what you would like.

Step two: bring your wishes to professional made to measure garden furniture designers – in this case my recommendation is Livingdreams Meilen, Zurich. Although based in Zurich or Mallorca, they also take international requests.

Basically your wishes can come true, no matter what they are.

 

Example 3: New fabrics and cushions for outdoors

I’m currently excited about a new outdoor furnishing project – have fallen in love with green this year and I love the endless combinations that were possible to choose from.

I learnt that a good outdoor mattress will be made up of three layers inside. The outside is especially y made to stay outdoors with a special fabric underneath each mattress that stops the moisture from building up in the mattress.
