Highlights from the Casablanca Fall/Winter 2024 Show in Paris

Hi Everyone,

This time next week you’ll find me in the midst of Milan Summer 2025 Fashion Week. However for now let’s take a look at highlights from the interesting Casablanca Fall/Winter 24 show held in Paris earlier this year.

The show was held in the Cirque d’Hiver. Seating arrangements caused a true buzz of confusion. One might say the pre-show was a circus performance in its own right. Eventually though we all found our spot and the show started with a mesmerising performance by seated dancers.

Then just like in a real circus, the arena was brought to life with vibrant lights and the spotlight directed our attention to the model gracefully striding down the blue runway. This seasons collection focuses on cropped puffer jackets – of course mostly hooded. Short shorts, transparent fabrics and a carefully chosen, limited colour palette unfold infant of our eyes. Double denim is definitely an item and do note the return of the knee high pop socks worn with heels.

I’ve just explored the official Casablanca website and decided there are some very wearable items that would make a great addition to my own wardrobe. The sneakers found a special place in my heart.
