Hi Everyone,
We’ve all been there haven’t we… sitting at that airport waiting for our flight with at least an hour to spare. A ton of work we could be doing but we really don’t want to be working in amongst a group of people looking over our shoulders. The flight is only 1 – 2 hours long and the company we work for certainly has no business class budget for such a short flight…
Alternatively we’re about to start our holiday – happy to have gotten everyone packed and out of the house in time to catch our flight and then find ourselves with too much time on our hands and a grumpy, tired and hungry family…. (thought I would spare you all from a picture of this scenario – haha).
…finally the perfect solution to the perfect start to your trip!
Best Tip How to Start Your Trip in Style
The Aspire Business Class Lounge is not only accessible to passengers flying business class. Anyone holding a boarding card can have access to this lounge for a small fee of CHF 35 – a small price to pay for the lovely quiet atmosphere, a complementary selection of great food and both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
When travelling alone I love finding a spot on one of the comfy high backed sofas.
In case you’re a “magazine-aholic” like me or simply would like to read the news paper – there’s a fab selection to choose from.
Or…you might even decide to get to the airport early on purpose so you have time for a proper sit down lunch in the lounge – a great way to start any trip!
Key Points:
- You can either go spontaneously to the Aspire lounge or pre book online at www.aspirelounge.ch
- Least traffic in lounges between 9 – 11am and 14 – 17:00 hours in the afternoon
- CHF 35 and anyone holding a boarding pass can have access to the lounge
- Complementary food, drinks, wifi and magazines
- Cozy, quiet atmosphere
- Helpful staff
