Hi Everyone,
Just arrived back in Zurich after a whirlwind fashion week in Milan. Unlike last September’s fashion week the strict “must have” trends were not thrown at us. Balenciaga sneakers and the Dior saddle bag still had their presence but were not dominating streetstyle quite the same fashion as last season. Instead the one must have would be a wonderful array of hair clips. So cute, finally a trend everyone can afford! In general much more liberal array of streetstyle to choose from. Something to suit every taste.
Monogram remains a hot topic. Anything pink goes. If you wear red make everything red! Red and pink are still a favourite combination. Kermit green had a real party on the streets. The tube skirt is making a comeback. Anything camel and all-black remain classics, I guess that’s obvious around this time of year.
That Fendi bag… ok let me rephrase to any Fendi bag is HOT right now. I am in love with the denim Baguette. However realising my desperate need to a decent bag that can house my camera the Peekaboo and I are on negotiation terms – smile!
Of course the Fendi show was an extremely special affair. A true tribute to Karl Lagerfeld yet at the same time a very small testimonial for such a grand man. I wonder what Chanel will do in Paris?

Well it is my true belief that one should invest in a new good bag every so often and this Fashion Week my heart fell in LOVE with the Peekaboo.
