A Touch of Parisian Fashion in Zurich

Dress Tara Jarmon – photographed in the rain…

Hi Everyone,

We all know what it’s like when we discover a brand we really love but can’t find it in our own home town…. Then the utter joy of discovering that very brand does have a store in our home town.

Exactly how I feel about Tara Jarmon – having first discovered it along the Av. des Champs-Élysées in Paris several years ago. Then more recently finding the store along Rennweg in Zurich. This really is one of my goto stores when on the search for something colourful and so utterly Parisien. Special pieces that manage to be both timeless and unique at the same time.

Last Saturday I was lucky enough to be invited to a bubbly breakfast in the Zurich Tara Jarmon store. Just a small select group of women but loads of fun chit chatting, drinking bubbles whilst trying on the new Spring collection.

This post gives you a little look into what we got up to. Check out what’s in store for Spring. A touch of Parisian fashion in Zurich.

A Touch of Parisian Fashion in Zurich

In line with what we saw on the streets during Paris Fashion Week, Tara Jarmon has a wonderful selection of reds for this Spring 2019.

On the pattern front Tartan really is the hype of the season and will also continue through from Spring into Winter 2019. Coral and Yellow are also must have colours for every wardrobe.

This breakfast is not to make you jealous – if you are based in Zurich and would like to join this or similar events going forward just send me an email here.

Spring 2019 collection:

My personal favourite was this green dress. I don’t have anything quite so green in my wardrobe yet so am happy to start Spring 2019 with a new twist.

Worn here with heeled boots.

Teamed with white.

My favourite look – teamed up with matching green trench, also Tara Jarmon and biker boots.

Here a small collage of other outfits tried on…

Hope you enjoyed this little Spring preview.

  1. I love all these pieces Yvonne and how teamed them up . That green dress is beautiful !! Love it with the green trench and white blazer . Those boots are the icing of the outfit 👌👌

    1. Thanks dear Sue, the green trench found it’s way into my wardrobe too… figure it will be useful this Spring, also over white and jeans.

    1. Hi Maria,
I am certain you could pull off those red trousers – I saw them on so many different shapes and they looked fab on everyone because of the non crease soft fabric.
Thanks for. the green on green – I had to laugh at first everyone thought I had lost the plot when I put the tow on together and then after awhile they all began to love the look 😉
