There are moments when life brings together all the things you love; fashion, travel, photography and beautiful places, and wraps them into one unforgettable experience.
The FunkyFortyPhotography hallway exhibition at Vitznauerhof is exactly that. Set in the stunning lakeside hotel on Lake Lucerne, this exhibition is a true honour for me and a dream come true. A curated selection of my Paris Fashion Week photographs, on display in one of Switzerland’s most charming destinations until 31 July 2026.

From FunkyForty to Fashion Week
FunkyForty began as a celebration of style along with the underlying principle that age is just a number. Pretty soon after the beginning I realised to be a real fashion insider and be able to write about fashion and styling trends I would need to attend at least the Milan and Paris Fashion Weeks twice a year.
11 years later my fashion week tradition continues, each season my camera has been my constant companion. Whilst I love photographing the shows, it is the street style that is a better indicator of what will be seen on the streets in the seasons to come.
Paris Fashion Week in particular has always held a special place in my heart. It’s where elegance meets edge and people are not afraid to experiment. It’s the kind of environment that makes my photographer’s heart beat faster. You can read more about my experience here.
Paris Fashion Week on the Walls of Vitznauerhof
Every photo in this exhibition has been taken during Paris Fashion Week. Each image reflects the way I experience fashion. As a living, breathing story. I love capturing the moments that are missed by most people. The behind the scenes funny moments, moments of embrace and moments of extremity.
Each picture in this exhibition has a story behind it – you can see the pictures online and their stories here, however seeing the pictures life is a whole new experience.

At the Vernissage, Sunday 15th March there was also a collection of smaller prints available to buy.

Small prints 30 * 40 cm including frame – CHF 200 plus postage
Large prints 50*70 cm including frame – CHF 350 plus postage
Each of these prints are signed and numbered with a maximum of 10 copies per picture. You can choose between a black or white frame.
