After years of fine jewellery dominating the jewellery scene, 2025 finally sees a strong move. Once again the wonderful bold statement pieces are ruling the streets.
That’s not to say that layering is out. Not at all – in fact, quite the contrary. However it’s a different type of layering for 2025. This year sees bold, statement choker necklaces being teamed up with layers of longer statement necklaces. It almost doesn’t matter what jewellery you wear provided it makes a statement.
Lots of yellow coloured gold was spotted on the streets during the Fall 2025 Fashion Weeks but that’s not to say that only yellow gold is in fashion this year. Statement silver will also do the trick, as will colourful beads. I did notice however that rose gold seems to be taking a step back this year. Who cares though. I’m still going to wear mine – smile!

Teaming gold and silver:
A great example of wearing two toned jewellery. The large silver necklace links teamed with smaller gold links make for a great statement piece. Leaving it up to you whether the remaining jewellery you wear is either gold or silver toned.

Pearly necklaces also matter
Layered pearl necklaces are also a hot topic for 2025. If you are not a fan of pearls themselves – go for gold pearls – they will also do the trick!
