Hi Everyone,
So here we have it, based on research and what I personally saw on the streets during Milan and Paris fashion weeks. A very reliable summary of the 9 hottest trends for Fall 2025.
Tell you the truth I’m kind of excited as I feel fashion is moving into a hemisphere of ensuring the wear speaks their own mind. It is our voice in a time of turbulence where we are unsure of how the pendulum will swing.
For every unruly thing that is said about fashion one must not forget that it brings society and its wearer much more than it is often given credit for. Having said that – I’ll always discourage cheap buys on a flip. When purchasing clothing one should think of it as being a piece of real estate for your wardrobe!
Enough of an introduction keep on reading to find out “9 of the Hottest Trends for Fall 2025”
9 of the Hottest Trends for Fall 2025
-
Leather
In particular the leather jacket. Not necessarily the black leather biker jacket – this year sees a hue of sophistication coming through.
2. The Suit
The oversized suit hype is here to stay but we also see colour nuances creeping into the trend scene…
3. Shorts
Knee length shorts are going to be around all Fall and Winter 2025. Best teamed with neutral tights and knee high (or just under the knee) boots.
4. Tartan
Time to get out your tartan once again – oversized tartan blazers and coats are also on the hot list.
5. Coats over chiffon
This coming season’s cutest date night trend…
6. Patchwork
In line with sustainability, patchwork jeans, or patchwork anything is a growing trend. make sure yours are really made from old pairs of jeans revamped!
7) Skinny Flares
This pair is a little extreme but don’t you just love them – spotted outside Chloe show in Paris…
8) Faux Fur Outerwear
This coat reminds me of my very first Barbie doll – she had one pretty similar – smile!
See here for a lovely faux fur trimmed coat that is in this seasons Iceberg collection.
9. Oversized bags
I love oversized bags as you can go into town with them and not have to come home with any plastic shopping bags at all… plus the added benefit that no one else sees what you’ve shopped – haha!
