5 of the Hottest Trends for Fall/Winter 24/25 - Spotted at the Gauchere Paris Runway

Hi Everyone,

It might still be sunny and warm outside but as the leaves in the garden start changing colour and Fall flowers begin to come into bloom, so does the realisation the next season is just around the corner.

Time to start thinking about what our Fall/Winter wardrobes are going to look like. There’s something about being prepared for the season ahead of time. A strategy that has worked well for me every time.

So today we’re going to look at 5 of the hottest trends for Fall/Winter 24/25 as spotted on the Gauchere Paris runway.

Wishing you lots of fun scrolling through. I am curious to know which trends you’re also going to pick up on this coming season – smile!

  1. Sheer Fabrics

In the past sheer fabrics was a topic mostly reserved for warmer seasons. However this coming Fall/Winter sees them staying on a bit longer.

2. Oversized coats and jackets

Not all coats need to be exceptionally long, in fact in many cases coats are getting shorter this coming season. The oversized theme however is here to stay.

3. The skirt suit

Skirts in general are making a real comeback for this coming Fall/Winter. Of course we’ll still see plenty of pants but there will be much more hype in the skirt direction.

4. Leather or Pleather

Leather or pleather, you can choose, however these lovely thick glossy fabrics are literally going to bring a shine to this coming Fall/Winter.

5. Rich burgundy reds

Each season there will be one red that’s top of the hot list and while tomato red was a hype for Summer, burgundy will be holding the Fort this coming Fall/Winter. One of my favourite Fall colour combinations is burgundy teamed with winter white.

Wishing you lots of fun preparing your wardrobe for this coming Fall/Winter!
