Fashion Week packing can really be one of the most difficult things ever. For a start you want to make sure you look different each day. So at least one outfit per day plus a few extra for evening events. Then there is the fact that you don’t want to travel with too much luggage. Well that’s the case for me as camera and computer are heavy enough by themselves….

I tend to find the first week – Milan easy and then trying to figure out what to take to Paris becomes a real struggle. This season however I was honestly saved by three pieces which turned up in the letter box the day before leaving for Paris.

I loved the fact that they were super easy to pack, light, no crease and comfy all in one. Finally I was even more pleasantly surprised that they we consciously produced using recycled materials.

3 Pieces that saved my Paris Fashion Week Packing

1. A black skinny knit dress

I love the fact that this dress shows off the figure and at the same time does not cling to every bump. I could safely eat lunch and still be photographer after – haha!

Perfect for wearing with sneakers during the day. At night it looked like a totally different dress once teamed up with heels, statement jewellery and a different bag.

Not to forget the dress folds up very small, doesn’t crease at all and was super easy to machine wash at 30° – coming out like new again!

2 & 3 Chiffon top and Leather look pants

Such an easy combination – the blouse of course seems to fold into nothing and the trousers too.

I surprised myself by teaming the look with green loafers but decided it added a bit of fun to the whole outfit.

I think everyone needs a pair of leather look trousers in their wardrobe this Fall/Winter.
