Having seen 10 shows in Milan and so far another 2 in Paris there are certain trends that are definitely spotted throughout the shows and watching street style.
Here a selection of 10 Top Trends along with a sample of where to buy them – have fun!
1. Dresses with LaceLove this Lacy Shift Dress from REISS, a simple classic cut with perfect detail to give it a little “wow” effect!
2. Tweed Jackets
Armani in particular was a great show for theses – try combining this lovely L.K.Bennett one with a touch of black velvet!
3. Touch of Velvet
This pretty little number by Valentino is currently on sale – right time to buy to wear now and be ready for Fall/Winter 2016/2017.
4. Polka Dots and Netting
This super cute skirt by RED Valentino gives you both trends in one little number. For now try combining with a skinny black turtleneck jumper and over the knee boots.
5. Scalloped Hems
This adorable See by Chloe dress would look great teamed with white sneakers or – and I know many of you will cringe here but socks and high heeled sandals would give it a super pumped up look – try going for a colour with matching shoes and bag!
6. Off the Shoulder
Everyone needs at least one off the shoulder piece in their wardrobe. Why not try with this simple classic Blouse from Whistles!
Many of these were seen in blue denim throughout Fashion Week, but given the huge influence of white this season why not give this little white frayed Top by Alexander Wang a try.
Yes, they are here to stay only this season sees the come back of jumpsuits with thin straps – check out this one from Whistles. Team it up with a white turtleneck.
9. Shirts with Black Neck Ties
Love this little number by Topshop – think I may even get it myself- love the patterns and it’s the sort of thing that will go with anything, especially now when you are supposed to mix different patterns together.
10. Animal Prints and Sling Backs
Aren’t these Topshop Sling Back Sandals adorable – would look great with dress, skirt or trousers!
