Platform Your Way to Heaven

I’m going to start this post with a confession – for years you would only ever see me in flat shoes, simply because I found it so painful to walk in heels that I’d almost rather go to the dentist than be subjected to heels for a whole day.

Today I have gotten used to heels and using mind over matter have managed to convince self that the positive effects of added height and more elegantly shaped legs are worth the discomfort…all the same if there is a busy day involving lots of walking the heels are more likely to remain in the closet as opposed to on feet regardless of the outfit!

…and then came platforms. The absolutely heavenly answer to gaining height without the pain! For Spring Summer 2016 both wide trousers and platforms are high on the hip list – everyone needs a pair of each! We know from an earlier post that anyone can look good in wide trousers provided you wear high shoes – the good news is that platforms will have the same effect, you don’t have to go for those 6 inch stilettos after all – smile!

7 Pairs of Heavenly Platforms found Online:
