Paris Fashion Week – Live Day 9 starting with a crash outside Louis Vuitton!

Made it to Paris Fashion Week Day 9 – wow what a contrast to Fashion Week Milano! Possibly because I went to the not so known shows in Milan, but all the same the day in Paris started outside the Fondation Louis Vuitton amidst absolute chaos. Paparazi going absolutely mad every time someone really famous arrived. Kim Kardashian having the greatest impact, resulting in photographers being knocked over and plenty of screaming…feeling quite proud of self having a) managed to get an OK photo and b) managed to stay out of the real hustle – yet you still see me featured in that film of her arrival – take a good look on the right hand side 🙂

Natalia Vodianova also caused a stir as she arrived but unlike Kim, she took the time to pose wonderfully for the paparazzi. (all photos taken by me)

Fortunately the day quietened down somewhat after that with the next stop being Palais de Tokyo for the Masha Ma show to which I was officially invited!

Based on what I saw in Milan also, it does seem that this asymmetrical look will seriously be an item next winter. Moncler at the Grand Palais definitely had it’s own fan crowd outside, mayhem nothing like that outside Louis Vuitton but plenty of celebrities to photograph (will be covering more of these when I do Street Style Paris).

Then off to Palais d’lena,  for the Miu Miu show. More celebrity spotting to be done here and what was really nice for me was bumping into friends I had made at the Fashion Week in Milan.

Wishing you all a fab day and stay tuned for more Paris Street Style news tomorrow! IMG_4215
